We visited homestead farms, interviewed local women and did research in the archives of Kalmar Läns Hemslöjd. Clothing is made based on our research, inspired from old and beautiful patterns. Certain basic designs will always be part of our collection. New colours, models and designs are developed continuously. Ölandströjan's knitwear is easy to care for. Just hang out to air, preferably in moist weather. Wool clothing should be hand washed in lukewarm water using a mild soap.
